The Little Things Are Big!
Everything doesn't have to be a big deal. Sometimes it's the small things that stand out. A simple Good Morning wish can change the world.
The longer when we are in the same industry, we will tend to think small, for us everything is small thing, therefore... we finally get stagnant...
Being a sales person, I always need to chase after figures. The more internal pressure I received, the more external pressure I will signal out, at the end of the day, I tend to forget the very FIRST step - The first impression, which is simple but yet difficult to be well performed.
