Be There For JMM!
For relationships to stand the test of time, they require nourishment, compassion, communication, and honesty. Staying committed means staying in touch between visits; following through the promises you've made, even if you've both seen some changes over years; every step of the way. And all these elements are as relevant to the relationships companies hope to forge with employee, client and those between individual.
